The Five Dysfunctions of a Team Training Session by Paolo Evalle
Last October 24, 2015, Paolo Evalle of EDC conducted a training session for the incoming JCI Alabang Board of Directors at a residence in Ayala Alabang Village.
Paolo discussed concepts from The Five Dysfunctions of a Team by Patrick Lencioni. The morning was spent in discussing how absence of trust and fear of conflict can hinder a team from functioning properly and how can leaders and members overcome them. It was an interactive session where Paolo shared some of his experiences managing and working in teams here in Manila, London, Barcelona, and Kuala Lumpur.
This session is very timely since the 2016 Board of Directors is still newly formed, it is important that they work well as a team and lead different project teams.
Thank you Paolo for taking the time to go to Alabang! We appreciate it.
