JCI Alabang wins the Best New Local Organization in the 2015 Metro Area Awards
JCI Alabang won the Best New Local Organization (LO/ Chapter) in the recently concluded Metro Area Awards last September 5, 2015. The newly revived chapter also received three merit awards including Most Oustanding Project Chairman for VP Lester Baes, Best Civic Involvement Award for Stairway to Haven, and the Best International Development Award for Books N’ Roses: An International Partnership with JCI Barcelona.

Winning the Golden Titan means JCI Alabang have bested the 33+ chapters of the Metro Area. The Merit Award is for second place. The awards are given by JCI Philippines to recognize and to honor outstanding achievements in the fulfillment of the purpose of JCI by Local Organizations or individuals. This is the second year that the flagship program, Stairway to Haven, won a Metro Area Award. Last year, it won the Golden Titan for Best Civic-Involvement Award.
