Wine Appreciation Night, an A-Circles Event

JCI Alabang, in coordination with JCI Paranaque Pambato, held a successful Wine Appreciation Night last February 17, 2015 as part of the continuing learning through the A-Circles program and in celebration of JCI Philippines’ National Training Month.

In partnership with AWC Philippines, participants and guests were able to learn the basics about wine, and identify and appreciate each wine’s unique taste, savor its floral/fruity/oaky smell, understand the intricacies and beauty of each wine, and develop practical knowledge on wine appreciation. The session was led by the French sommelier Edouard Vauthnier and wine sommelier Justine Villareal of AWC.

The very special night was graced by notable JCI officers: AVP Ken Ngo Area Vice President for the Visayas Region, Pres. Ian Esta of JCI Paranaque Pambato, Pres. Angelica Jones Alarva of JCI Hijas de San Pablo, Pres. Von Tan Gana, JCI Binan, and Sec. Joy Ambayec JCI Makati Princess Urduja.

JCI Alabang would also like to thank JCI Alabang Member Marc Tan for graciously hosting the event on the roof deck of his beautiful Ayala Alabang home.
