Good Global Values Mural Painting in Haven
Around 60+ PSID students came to Alabang to complete the Good Global Values Mural Painting last June 28, 2014. This is a partnership project of PSID and JCI Alabang. The mural painting will be a constant reminder of the Good Global Values– Initiative, Faith, Love, Resourcefulness, and Courage– to the kids of Haven for Children. They also serve as a reminder to the orphaned and abandoned kids of Haven that there are people who still care.
We thank the PSID Class of 2014 leading the Good Global Values Mural Painting!
We thank the PSID students Rhejayne Tan and Icy Encinas for planning this activity with their classmate and JCI Alabang member Rhia Flordeliza and the rest of the PSID Globalscapes team. Thank you to PSID Class President Myrrh Cortez. The amazing designs were made by PSID student Alex Esguerra.
The paint supplies were provided by Timpla Paintshoppe & Hardware and Boysen Paints Philippines. The talent of the @Doodle Art Enthusiasts were invaluable.
This activity was lead by JCI Alabang member and PSID student Rhia Flordeliza. Logistics, Snack support, and assistance were provided by VP for Community Development Lester Baes, Treasurer Aimee Flordeliza, VP for Marketing Francis Jimenez, Marc Tan, Gabriel Gonzalez, Katrina Castillo, and all the other members who assisted.
The project is part of the PSID Globalscapes, an interior design exhibit happening near the end of the year. It is also part of JCI Alabang’s Stairway to Haven, a two year project of JCI Alabang to assist Haven for Children.
