A-Circles: Steak 101

JCI Alabang had another successful event last June 23 called Steak 101 as part of our A-circles business forum. Speaker and Chef Iza Antonio taught the audience the must know about steaks; from what cut to choose, how to cook it, the proper etiquette of eating it and what wine to pair. It was a fun night of learning, eating and fellowship with current and new JCI Members.
